Stick with the level 60 Augmented Shire gear until you hit the 65 dungeon.
Then you can start picking up dungeon gear and swapping out for quest reward gear as well.
Just because your level is too high doesn't mean the older gear isn't effective for that content.

I would also suggest trying out the mouse-only movement keymapping.
You basically just hold down right click all the time to keep movement where your character if facing. Then move forward with left, and strafe with mouse 4/5.
