The 50/60/70 dungeons are "endgame" dungeons, so instead of giving a lot of xp like the "leveling" dungeons do, they give tomestones instead.
You still get a little xp, but the instances weren't originally designed to level you.

@drowsy maple Aside from spamming leveling dungeons as your healer, I would also recommend making sure to do at least MSQ roulette (assuming you're also level 50 in the MSQ) every day for poetics tomestones so you can have a set of level 50 gear ready to go when your healer hits 50. If you haven't gotten past the"The Ultimate Weapon" then it doesn't matter.
