I just wanna know if the old raids still have weekly drop restrictions, the info about it is all over the place when I look it up in google

even current raids as of right now don't have lock outs on loots. it was removed this patch

until the new raids come out, then those will have weekly lockouts

on both tokens and gear

but everything else is free game

2. watch a video, you're probably going to be expected to atleast do this much unless for what ever reason your group is going in completely blind or its completely new.

some of those aug crystarium gear might be bis depending on what sub stats you're looking for since armor can't go above ilv 500 rn.

so its up to the substats you're looking for

savage gear tends to have better overall substats that you're looking for, but not always

Esp cause you get a bonus for the larger the disparity between your highest level job, and whatever you're currently playing

So say you have a level 80 DRK and you're a level 30 AST

you'll get a pretty nice exp buff as a catch up mechanic

This game is honestly really alt friendly

the bonus is just a flat 100% till 70, and then 50% till 80 if you're not on your highest class, it doesn't scale by level disparity
