Why can't I create another character in Ultros if the world is NOT full? I only have five and I am allowed up to eight and logging with with my four does not merit the "The world is currently full: Players in queue: x" message on any of my characters (Have not checked my wife's character) so that proves that the world is NOT full yet it is telling me that it is not accepting new characters. Typically it's expected that one of the dps (preferably melee) will use LB2 as soon as it's available on the final boss.
