@heady orbit PotD is only "better" in the sense that it typically has shorter queues for dps. For tanks and healers, normal leveling dungeons are 100% better. Also if your queues as dps are shorter than 15 minutes.

@tidal yarrow for legacy the easiest way to do teleports is to look at your debuff to see where you're gonna be teleported, then rotate your camera so the arrow points where you want to go then tap forward. You'll spin around and the portal will be positioned properly

I had a similar thing happening to me for the summer event, but that could've been that I didn't land one of the actions. I ended up cancelling the quest and re-starting it and then it worked out.

If you're in heavensward and can do the ishgardian restoration, you don't really need to worry too much about better gear until you hit max level
Then you can farm white scrips for the professional gear
Then make better gear from there
Also not all AOEs in the game are orange/yellow. AOEs in dungeons from ShB and in certain alliance raids are different colours
