do your daily GC turnins for each, at 20+ you can do firmament
getting all crafters to 50 USED to be the bump in the road that turned people away but with firmament and streamlined crafting its a bit easier now
level up 10-20 times or until you see you need another crafter for a specific craft to continue then work on that one..generally try to get all to 20 at least to partake in the firmament. Levequests/collectibles, etc all great exp

Leves are going to be more XP per turn in but the materials are much easier to get or, rather, the firmament materials are just that easy and they don't change often so it's generally a much easier experience and it's still fast
Just don't forget to do stuff like beast tribes and custom deliveries when you can and the grand company turn ins
