i am currently at level 30+ dungeon as a warrior tank and noticed that even with 2~3 enemies my hp just gets depleted, my healer can heal me back up but the amount of damage im getting is worrisome especially since per pull i can only use 1 mitigation, at my level (43) where do i get better armors?

You can buy armor up to 45 in any of the 3 starting cities too.
Make sure you buy tank armor, not dragoon armor which has less defenses.

This probelm is gone past lvl 50 where armors become class locked so you cant get confused.
