@calm phoenix There are three exits from Camp Dragonhead. One that heads down towards the Observatorium, to the south, one that heads west to Whitebrim Front, and a third in the north that lets you into the northern half of the zone.

@little shoal I honestly wouldn't worry too much. You can always go way back to the original ShB 5.0 patch notes for a comprehensive detailing of the major changes (mostly changes to how certain classes play and some other random things in the usual fashion). You're likely past ARR if you're coming back after 1.5 years, so the changes to the questline there won't affect you, and it's not like the entire game has changed, regardless.
@spice river If you like story-driven Final Fantasy games with a bit of an MMO twist, then yes. This game absolutely can consume your life. It doesn't have to be a bad thing though.

I seem to cannot find Alboise! The quest marker shows that he is in a house and zooming in verifies it but Alboise is nonexistent anywhere near the quest marker. He is not anywhere around the outside of the house either! the house is too big for him to be outside of it, it would not be where the quest marker is! Does anybody know what the problem could be?

I am unable to start the "Factual Folklore" quest because there character that I need to talk to is nonexistent! The quest marker shows literally the SAME spot that the last quest ended but NOBODY has any MSQ quest icons! As a free trial peasant how would i go about finding fellow sprouts (preferably open to voicechat) in order to clear old content "properly". With ilvl 400 guys running around, every instance so far(just beat leviathan) has been a complete joke, where i get carried no matter how badly I tank. Don't really feel like I'm learning to play the game at all and everything's just brainless busywork.

Things will pick up in difficulty when you hit HW

As a sprout tank just completing ARR myself, I've noticed that a lot of what I do in terms of MSQ is irrelevant. But it hasn't stopped me from learning and understanding the motions I need to go through

How TF do you slay the spotted mudpuppy required for an MSQ quest! I died like 10 times because his attacks take off 40% of my health and he spams it! I remember seeing a streamer struggling at that point last year and he was stuck there a couple of hours until he got his level 80 buddy to help but that is NOT available to me right now!
