Be a bit more aggressive with your heal, then adjust based on how the tank HP fluctuate:
- drop hard and healed hard: keep doing what you are doing
- drop slowly and you heal always heal to max: slow down those heal
- barely drop and in no imminent danger: start killing shit yourself
