'How do I get the bonus experience from the Armoury?'

As long as you're playing a Disciple of War or a Disciple of Magic class that's a lower level than your highest level class then you're able to benefit from the bonus experience. You do not need to have a class at level 80 for the bonus to be active.

'How much is the bonus experience?'

You get +100% experience from levels 1 to 69, which then reduces to +50% for level 70 to 79. The difference in level between your current class and highest class does not change the amount of experience you get.

Okay, so as a super new player (only level 25 now) I was wondering if there were subclasses for crafting that are worth it? Like, I've been near carpentry, fishing, herbalism, and leatherworking guilds but haven't really looked into it.

I know every character can do everything, but for context I'm focusing on Lancer.

I recommend crafting the weapons/gear for your main battle class. Saves you a lot of Gil.

So as a lancer/dragoon main myself, I recommend carpentry for lances, and armourer for gear.

After that you can really run wild. Weaver at higher levels can make glam gear that will sell for lots of Gil (or save you gil, depends on how you look at it)

i wouldn't say it's bad, and SE is constantly working on it, we get pvp job adjustments each patch and new modes every 2-3 patches, plus new ranked seasons with exclusive rewards, it's just mostly a pve game and that's what people focus on, so if they're forced to play pvp for exp or glamour they generally don't enjoy it because of how different jobs play and how different the general playstyle is compared to pve, there's multiple pvp communities full of people who enjoy pvp and play it constantly, lots of people doing it for personal enjoyment/rankings/seasonal rewards etc @pearl dome

Some multi-seaters are obtainable ingame but it can be tedious or hard. There's the one from mentor roulette (clearing it 2000 times) and the one from Eden's Gate Sepulture Savage which is a 4 seater

Quest-wise I've done only MSQ and , and have only run required instances as my main job (I unlocked SAM at level 50 in order to farm poetics and to do roulettes with for more currency as well).

You don't have to farm poetics for Ironworks (or Shire, or Scaevan) gear. It's recommended, but still optional. The MSQ will give you gear as you go.

If hotbar 4 is shared, I believe you need to use /hotbar copy share 4 current 9 as the command expects a class or other keyword (share or current) before the number

So I've done this myself. The thing is to make them not shared. You want the macro to copy the hotbar of a class you're not using and put it on the hotbar that you toggle on and off. @nimble shale

Say you have a BLM and want to copy a hotbar to your BLM while it not being visible on your BLM hotbar. In that case you unequip the job stone so it becomes the base class (since you're not using it) and the macro will look like:
/hotbar copy THM 4 current 9
/hotbar display 9 on
/wait 7
/hotbar display 8 off
/hotbar display 9 off

You should have unlocked MSQ roulette upon unlocking the Praetorium instance (which you've done if you had 600 poetics). The other two will be unlocked by doing to unlock the Crystal Tower (24-man raid) and the various level 50 optional dungeons.
