- normal (?) venture: you commissions the retainer to go hunt specific resources like ores, or plants
Then there is quick and 18 hour ventures, with RNG reward pulled from a pre-made list

thought technically you can pull minion from quick venture, the 18hr ventures are probably better idea if you're hunting for the retainer specific minion as its less of a pool to draw from

Yes, that highlighted option should uncap frame rate. As for the second picture, the top determines how many PCs, NPCs, pets, companions, etc. can be displayed at once. The bottom is the limit for how many in game windows you can have open. Things like your friend list, quest journal, and so on.
