@raw dagger first main tip is to sell/junk everything with a “Shop Selling Price” that’s low. That means the item can be bought from a vendor somewhere
Also I see you have some equipment coffers, you should open those up to get the gear from them unless you’re saving them for another class.
Same thing with the palace of the dead sack, open those up by talking to the Bishop near the entrance to POTD
And I think that magitek key at the end of your inventory is a mount, so use that.
(Also you can sort your inventory by right-clicking an item and selecting “sort”)

little did i know it would remove the smn job entirely

i think i should've equipped the new copy to them and then chose astrologian
