For end game content there's a variety of options - you can look into doing Savage raiding or Extreme trials if you're interested in hardcore content, or simply stick to the 24-man raid YorHa: Dark Apocalypse (Copied Factory and Puppets' Bunker) and the Normal tier of Eden if hardcore isn't your thing. You can also level other jobs or explore.

Why are Grand Company squadrons so fckn weak? All I ever hear is praise about how good they are and how OP they are, but anytime I go into a dungeon, the healer barely puts out any heals on me even if I'm down at 25% health and the tank can barely tank a single mob of enemies, even with maxed mastery

Their stats are already inflated because they dont do mechanics
And the old bug for them doesnt work anymore
The ai on them isnt particularly smart so you have to be particular about which targets you want them to focus and such to work around them
You can make them double pull as well but healer ai is set to heal after they drop to certain thresholds so don't expect them to do well
