There's only one four seater mount that is earnable in game as well, and it requires completion of one of the Level 80 Savage Raids

unlock the crystal tower series from the Outlandish Man in Mor Dhona (starting quest name is "Legacy of Allag"), as that is going to be required later on in the ARR story.
it also gives a lot of tomestones for going through it and unlocks a roulette that's both good for experience and tomestones of poetics.

extreme trials are separate quests. Garuda/Titan/Ifrit are unlocked as a miniquest series that starts from Urianger in the Waking Sands with the quest "Primal Nature"
He later on also has the quests for the extreme primals Moggle Mog, Leviathan, and Shiva. Ramuh Extreme is unlocked in Gridania from Scarlet near the grand company
And as a note "Hard" trials are basically the new normal mode for a bit until stormblood where they drop the term

-Tomestone Poetics = 50/60/70 "end-game" gear currency. You can pretty much get gear that might last you next 5 levels of next expansion (so to 55, 65..)
-Phantasma = lvl 80 end-game stuff. You get starting gear with it without paying GIL for neo-ishgard gear
-Tomestone Allegory = end-game of end-games. Weekly cap of 450. You get pretty much "best gear" with this (if you dont do high-end savages).

Like, getting answers in-game tbh is the worst way to learn. Because its not moderated in any way, so misinformation and nonsense spreads like wildfire.

End game PvE is most commonly done in "statics" which are often not FC-based.

Just a bit of a warning then. The endgame raiding in this game is a bit limited. As in you get 12 savage raids and 2 ultimates per expansion
