Hi! Since the balancing of the classes is really good, this is somewhat a weird question, but - with a really good ping - can a machinist get the same numbers as, lets say, a blackmage? Not on a puppet but over a real boss fight with evading, etc. I really want to play it, but every YouTuber I've watched puts the machinist into the "meh"-position, which isn't exactly motivating...:/

plus 5.3 cut a bunch of the filler MSQ but kept the xp the same

@tender merlin It's not ranged, but the combo is really close to a level 30 machinist: Dragoon. I swapped from a dragoon to a machinist yesterday and it went smooth, because you have your 3er-combo, a buff for the last part of your combo and a strong oGCD.
