so how does World bosses work? where grinding some fates in Yanxia when someone called out the Fox Lady fate, didn't spot it on the map so i assumed that whoever called it out knew it would pop soon. idk if flushing DNS helps, but to do it you would hit Windows+R, type CMD in the box that pops up and hit enter. When the command prompt opens, you would type :
ipconfig /flushdns
and then hit enter.
