Those kinds of things are usually harder to fix on the T1 side of things. most likely with their limited support they dont have anyone to get on a bridge with the processor. If its a true multi user issue you may just have to sit tight.

There are a lot of people https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/search?q=I2501&sort=new&restrict_sr=on who also have i2501 errors. Some found ways to solve it, some had to call SE Support directly through phone.
'i2501' is a generic error that just flags 'strange' stuff.

So I started playing the trial about 2-3 weeks ago and have a summoner up to level 42. It wasn't until I was like level 35 that I realized I had -just- missed the cut for creating a preferred character with the Road to 70 buff. At this point, I'm wondering if I should ahead and start a new character to get the 100% exp buff, but I'm reluctant to have to go through all the MSQ, Duty unlocks, etc. I've already done with my summoner. The 100% bonus seems like it is a lot, but in the long run it doesn't really save you a lot of exp. At level 70 with the buff you'd be level 65 otherwise. At level 80 with the buff you'd be level 79 if you never had it.
