But if below like ninja lv 50, just use it as a extra mudra since the upgraded fire and ice ninjatsus under the effect of kassatsu dont upgrade till at least lv 70 which is dumb but 🤷♀️

It depends on the level of dungeon you're playing at. Lower level dungeons are not ideal for large pulls both since you lack mitigation and your party members might not be used to it.
In level 50+ dungeons you can normally pull wall to wall provided you ask if the healer's fine with it. Just use mitigation after the pull and you're good.
If not, pulling 2-3 packs of mobs should be managable @vague relic
