Crystal Tower and Ivalice will typically be pretty short queues by comparison since both are required for certain content unlocks. Void Ark will likely take longer because it's not required content for anything. Copied Factory and Puppets' Bunker will vary, but even a healer queue for those could be 20-30 minutes.

And of course the time of day in your server's region could also have an effect. It's the middle of the working day in NA right now, around 2am in JP, and prime time in EU.
Your best shot (for older raids, at least) is to attempt to queue for the raid you want to run right around reset time when the most people will be doing their roulettes.

Most people will just queue those through DF since they're old content, so you'd more likely spend more time waiting for 23 other people to decide they're interested than you would just sitting in DF.

I went from 1-52 as GLD/PLD, I switched to DRK and I'm back down to 30. I did a Duty Leveling yesterday and today, I'm up to 34 but I have a ways to go still.
What fairly efficient means are there to level now that I don't have the MSQ to level me up?

no, you'll get armour from the lvl 60 job quest as mch/ast/drk as those had lvl 60 job specific gear to give. and dnc/gnb start at 60 so those give starting gear. sam/rdm don't have 60 job gear so they don't have anything. 70 is where dnc/gnb don't get gear because they dont have 70 job gear as they weren't part of stormblood. @limpid lantern
