At level 53 (after completing the level 53 quest) you will get a trait called "Stone Whisperer V". This trait allows any node that doesnt already have a condition to randomly have some condition on it. and those bonus conditions scale with your gear

i.e. if i go whack some low level nodes on my 80 miner, the "unlabelled nodes" might have "+3 yield" or "+2 attempts" on them after i open them
But at your level you have no control over it. The only thing you can do at your level is pick the 3 nodes that are best out of the cluster of four, and use those ones
ARR nodes are always in clusters of 4. Two will have conditions, two wont. So you want to make sure you're maximizing ones that help you out
Thus, hit the nodes with conditions and ONE of the ones without. Ignore the fourth one.
The first node will then respawn

i tested it often. i dont see any package loss usually. for exmaple in go to lower docks its worse. i cant run a macro because everything will fail due to connection issues. also opening the market board will take seconds. other regions like stormblood areas are smooth

Well all i can say is run a test of the type i suggested simultaneous with you experiencing the issue.
If the game is choking but pings are coming back fine (make sure you're doing enough of them, the default 4 pings is not sufficient), its not strictly a connection problem most likely.

Machinist has no randomness at all in its rotation. It is clear and concise.
Some of Red Mage attack spell can proc other spells. That said, Red Mage proc is very easy to manage as it revolve around keeping your black and white mana somewhat balanced

@leaden ginkgo I can't double weave either, this is my experience.
BRD: Feels pretty bad due to the number of ogcds you gotta use, especially during Mage's ballad.
SCH: Since you can use instant casts on demand, this is actually decent, but you're gonna lose some DPS (80 potency per ruin 2 cast).
DRG: Actually pretty good! Most jumps can't be double weaved anyways, so you're not losing much.
RDM: Also pretty comfy due to the low number of ogcds. Although the first part of the melee combo feels kinda shitty because you can't weave at all during riposte-zwerchhau-redoublement with high ping.
AST: Both pretty good and pretty bad. The opener is hard to pull off without double weaving, so you're gonna miss raid buff window with divination, but outside of that, you're supposed to single weave with malefic anyway, so you lose nothing.
SMN: It can also instant cast on demand, plus you might not even lose that much potency if you juggle egi assaults and trances well.
DNC: Feels pretty bad in tech window :/ I was recommended to only save two feathers for tech to better space FD1 and FD3.
TLDR if you accept you're gonna lose some DPS, you're gonna be fine.
But there are jobs where you actively have to work around the issue.
I don't think there are jobs that become impossible without double weaving (except maybe mch because overheat)

@leaden ginkgo I currently main SCH and RDM by the way. They feel pretty comfy even if I can't double weave, although sometimes I get greedy and use engagement during melee combo and clip pretty hard.
Also if you're up to spending a bit, there's VPN services that allegedly reduce ping. I'm stingy with my irl money so I don't know much about them, but there should be plenty info about them on da interweb.
