You can definitely make do without an MMO mouse, just have to make room around WASD for hotbar buttons

most people use QERTFGZXCVB as keybinds for the hotbar, though TGB might be a stretch if you have small hands.

and also 1-5

combining both of those along with Control and Shift as modifiers gives you more than enough keybinds to play any job.

Warrior is pretty simple overall

WAR is very simple if you can just grasp the tanking fundamentals

Machinist has a set in stone rotation, but can feel punishing/bad if you don't have good ping

Bard is mostly having quick reactions to using your procs as they happen

Ninja can feel somewhat complicated to getting used to their burst rotation that happens every minute, since they jam it full of buttons

Monk is simple, but clunky. has a lot of moving parts in their rotation

Astrologian can feel pretty complex with their card management system, and (currently) are very MP intensive which requires good resource/cooldown management. but they're getting adjustments in 5.3 to make their MP more forgiving.
Gunbreaker is probably the most complex of the tanks since their burst can feel like a DPS burst window.
Ninja as previously said tries to fit a lot of cooldowns in their burst window which happens every minute.
Black Mage itself plays very smoothly, but requires good knowledge of a fight to make use of their various movement tools to maximize damage and reduce downtime.

Honestly once you get past the 2nd phase with all the Ascians it's pretty easy when you use the safe spot for the last phase.

I'd still rate Hades as the hardest or 2nd hardest EX of shadowbringers so far.

Innocence nowadays is very easy and is mostly individual responsibility and not blowing up the orbs.

Gil doesn't have much use unless you're a crafter without gathering. Then you'll use all your gil and then some buying mats.

Otherwise, just save up to buy a house or something. Housing is expensive... for all the stuff you'll want to put in it.

Savage gets unlocked a few weeks before a new tier comes out, maybe a month or two if devs are generous (happened last tier). Capped tomestones don't get uncapped before the next tier comes out.

Odd patches make it so you can obtain upgrade items for Allegory gear with hunt currency, or one per week from the new Alliance raid. Can't upgrade the weapon until a few weeks before the new tier though.

So with 5.3 you'll be able to upgrade Crystarium without running Savage, just not the weapon right away
