yes, /shout doesn't cross the loading screen.
Only the current zone.

If you watched a video to learn it, it's likely that they put that bit at the end.

Basically you just need to rotate the furnishing once you've finished elevating it.

If it's not on your teleport list, you didn't attune. @fading pumice you can return there the way you originally travelled there, by talking to one of the amarokeeps at the Amaro Launch in the Crystarium.

@crimson wind normally it should appear where your "hotbar 1" is
i.e. hotbar 1 should be replaced with the mount action hotbar while you're on the mount.

As a DPS, it is fairly normal to wait 10-20 minutes for a dungeon.
Have patience.
In the meantime you could pick up some sidequests or something.

like for some of them i have to do this jank thing where i hit the modifier key with my thumb and rotate my entire arm 90 degrees so i can hit a key bound to 4 or 5
which isn't a huge deal but it means i can't bind any keys to anything further than that and i keep on misclicking sprint/arms length in fights which is rough
would my best bet just be getting an mmo mouse?
