Hi, started the game some days ago saw some guide and learned a lot but i have a few questions :
- when i'm soloing i know i can go on monster back to proc a positional effect (when i stun or he stand still for an area effect). But just by moving behind the mob he seems to take time to turn. From my test it seems even if i press my positional skill when i'm in his back it doesn't work. Is there a point for me to keep turing around a monster i have aggro on and try to be in his back ? If not for positional skill for him not to hit me so much or for me to dodge better or idk ? Or can i just stand still in front of him and dps ?
- I come from an other popular mmo, i know if i start the game and create a character even right now late in the last extension i could still get to max level and find guild progressing in some level of difficulty. Is that the case for ff14 ? Are there some guild progressing raid ? Or any challenging content i could get in and have fun with ? Or people are just speed clearing things now ? Tldr what would be my end game experience starting the game now ?

Most people will do the Unsynced with a couple of level 80s to blast through them for the story. If you throw it up in Party Finder with a description of "Unsynced, first time clear" you should get some bites. Just... if there's any BLUs 
in there, expect them to bail after Turn 1.

Hi, as someone who really never reads the story in MMOs, how is the endgame content? I ask in comparison to WoW, where basically the game doesn't start until max level, if we're being honest. Is FFXIV the same way, where all the fun stuff is at the end? Or is the journey really the satisfying content, as I hear the later MSQs are more interesting? I'm currently level 30 and I know people say the early MSQ is slow, but when ppl say the pay off is "worth it", why? Is the best content at the end of the game?

Is there a buddy speed level method like with BLU mage. I went with someone to Azyz la as a BLU mage and was hitting lvl 59 monsters with flying sardine while the level 80 buddy one shot it. Does this method work with other classes? We were not in a party for it to work.

That spot on the right is the only way that connects it. I don't recall MSQ taking you there. If you did enough MSQ to move on to the next zone, then you should be able to find all of the currents.
