Fairly new to the game and just got my Astrologian to 50 and was wondering about Diurnal and Nocturnal Sect. Is one better than the other in dungeons, is it situation dependent, or does it not matter much? I was mainly using regen but there were a few times I got tanks annoyed about messing with enmity even though I was waiting till everything was pulled. If I run shields I usually get a comment about how it's only for 8 man groups.

Or any time after reset on weekends.
Especially for stuff like Chrysalis, your best bet might be trying to queue immediately after reset occurs since lots of people will be queueing for their roulettes at those times.

@last seal Those drop from Binding Coil of Bahamut turns 6-9. Those raids also drop the items used to craft the replica gear. So either buy it crafted already, or go farm it yourself. T6-8 are relatively simple to solo at 80, though T9 is rather rough and requires significant burst damage as well as basic knowledge of the fight.

@last seal yes, the dyable ones (the replicas) are crafted using materials obtained by doing the raids. Aetherstones (which are super cheap, as noted by Kaelwryn), and other materials which you can easily acquire via desynth.
