Costs 100 poetics per piece. If you're looking to offload some poetics, upgrading the gear is a great way to do so.

Do your first roulette of each type per day, then spam your highest level leveling dungeon.

From a time standpoint it's quicker if you're a dps class.
From an xp standpoint it's about the same as doing your highest level dungeon if you're a tank or healer.

There should be a vendor next to a tent to your right. All you need, really, is a hat. Buy a hat/helmet from the vendor and you'll be able to pass the inspection.

Does a static normally only stick together for one type of content?
For the more serious (e.g. savage raiding) statics, how much time would normally be invested with learning the fight and later farming it?

Most leveling gear is fairly cheap to craft
Level cap gear is usually a bit more expensive since it uses materials that generally aren’t used for other things
And the price of glamour/vanity gear materials can wildly vary, with newer stuff being more expensive
