The magicite wheel puts your alignment to a element. Mobs have elemental alignment as well...if your element is effective against it you do more damage or take leas damage depending how you spin the wheel
Most people put all 5 magicite into 1 so they get a 5 attack bonus for 200% damage

The riding maps will basically become worthless when 5.3 adds flying to the base game zones, as they don’t boost flying speed

gamepad question~ is there a setting that makes you automatically move when holding LT and wanting to cast? so lets say im casting glare > move out of aoe (while holding LT) and instead of doing my next cast it will cause me to start moving. The only way ive noticed that prevents is me fully stopping in a spot and casting but while not holding it previously. so stop then hold the button to cast. AND the only thing ive done when it comes to settings is just click gamepad option to enable it/crossbar to be on my screen lol is there things i have to change maybe?

@chilly fog it's the level 50 gear, not considered end-game by any means. Level 50 has Ironworks/augmented Ironworks, 60 has Shire/augmented shire, 70 is Scaevan/augmented scaevan and 80 is currently Crystarium/augmented crystarium for tomestone purchase.

White scrip gear, the Professional's set, is ok for now. If you can get a hold of HQ Facet gear, however, and fully meld it, it will be better than the scrip gear. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut we're expecting a new crafted set that will replace Facet with the next patch. Fully melding any crafted set can be quite expensive as well.

@grim adder Deliveries are the easiest way, yes. If you're out of allowances though you'll have to make collectables for the House of Splendors.

@torpid steeple glamour plate are only usable inside cities, but it can be reused over and over again to apply a whole set of glamours to your jobs

One prism is used for each piece placed into the dresser but once it's inside, it can be reused endlessly at no cost.

Glamour prism are used two way
A standard glamour. You make a function piece look like a fashion piece. Neither piece are destroyed. Cost 1 prism everytime you do it
B glamour dresser (and extend to glamour plate). You put fashion gears into a Glamour dresser. And you can then make plates from these stored fashion gear. Cost 1 prism to store the gear.
Btw, function/fashion are just terms I used to describe the gear in the context of glamour

after 61 you move to Heaven on High
and then at 71 you spam highest-level dungeon + FATEs
