@onyx kiln If you have the Handking set from yellow scrips, that should hold until near 80. If you really feel like it, you can swap out for the 74 set and 76 accessories but it's largely unnecessary.

Once you get to level caps, really the only thing that doesn't cross jobs is the weapons within a role. All healers share a gear set, all caster dps do also. I think only NIN and DRG have unique sets that aren't shared with any other job.

The only things that are server specific are FC's and housing, more or less. Everything else can be done cross-server within the same datacenter.
