I recommend setting up a one time password if you change IP addresses often. That way, SE will know from the OTP it's you and not lock you out, ever.
Setting it up is a massive hassle, but afterwards you just need your phone in hand's reach when you log in

Chiming in to say anecdotally I’m still very early HW and am at lvl 59 on my main job with doing very few roulettes and no road to 70. I have however done all the blue sidequests and always do food before dungeons and have had FC buff consistently since I started.

crafting macros are largely just a convenience thing
they're nice for when you want to craft lots of items in HQ
desynthesis is just breaking down items you don't need/want for certain materials
so like if you've got no need to turn in dungeon gear for seals, you can desynth it instead for mats
