In each stance you either apply that stances buff (dragon kick for opo, twin snakes for rapter and demolish for courel). If you have those buffs up, use the raw damage skill instead (bootshine, true strike or snap punch)
So if you have twin snakes up, use true strike in rapter
If you have demolish on your target, use snap punch

They're somewhat like fates but without a timer so you just show up and hit the thing to get rewards and how much you get is based on contribution similar to fates
Also rewards are based on if its a A rank or a S rank
