i think thunder proc chance increases with amount of targets afflicted, so you'll get more of them the more there are
but generally if 3+ just flare

at 2 targets you can do some pseudo AoE but really it's just T3 one -> proc on the other like I mentioned. At 3+ targets you consider regular AoE, though there's some nuances at various levels based on number of mobs, all of which is already listed in the faq that was posted for them

Red Mage can dualcast spells. When you cast a spell manually, you get a single use buff that allows your next spell to become instant cast. That indicates that that enemy is targeting you--you have aggro on that enemy.

Orange = close to taking aggro
Yellow = less close
blue = nowhere near taking aggro.
Nowadays tanks can maintain aggro on mobs with almost no effort, so it's not information that's that relevant.

Clemency in dungeons could potentially be a dps gain for the party if it's coordinated properly and replacing a healer GCD, as healer AoE damage GCDs are more dps than tank ones. HOWEVER, this is seldom the case--what's more likely is that you will end up casting clemency at the same time as your healer uses one of their oGCD healing cooldowns at the same time, or had one prepared, and you made them waste it or otherwise used one of your GCDs without good reason.
So it ends up being a loss for everyone.
And it is pretty annoying to see for a healer.
