E1S would be a good place to start. You'll outgear the encounter by a bit, but it's still "current" content and challenging enough.
But ultimately every fight has its own mechanics and dances to learn. Becoming competent in one fight will not guarantee competence in others

Some of the systems that surround the game are not great. Like even without the coronavirus happening, getting support can be a nightmare to navigate. There's the weirdness with the separation of steam and other pc licensing.

This isn't really unreasonable, in fact another MMO game- path to exile- is entirely designed around nearly it's whole community doing this process.

Easiest dps would be dancer or red mage...dancer needs lv60 and red mage needs lv50

White Mage is definitely the easiest healer to play. For DPS, Red Mage and Dancer are easier to pick up and have more straight forward rotations. If you don't have a level 50/60 then maybe try Lancer or Archer (Dragoon/Bard).

after a while of playing, ffxiv freezes. Music plays, but the client just freezes. i click twice and then the screen becomes white, and then it shuts down.
However, booting the game up then results into it freezing directly.
I need to reboot my pc in order to play again.
My drivers are up to date too and windows event viewer shows no errors whatsoever.

I suggest looking at the balance, cause there's a lot of openers
you'll typically want to be using recitation on either excog or indom
cause reci + adlo is too many GCDs / weave space
and its the same thing where you just apply dots and spam broil and heal with oGCDs
and use adlos if someone fucked up
though, it'll probably be better for your cohealer to spot heals people who fuck up the mechanics
