For the time being, if you enjoy gathering, just gather stuff and level up as you progress your story with a combat job

If you really need to be on the same server, you can do the server transfer thing as the server isn't congested. Though you're prevented from transferring characters for 3 days from creation (or 90 days if on a preferred server). @fringe dew In the mean time, you could use the world visit stuff to play with people

When doing light farming for your relic weapons, how do you know when you're "done" light farming? is there a way to check on the light level?

You will get a gigantic pop up on the screen, if you miss it you have to be both blind and deaf, that you have completed that step, but depending on which relic you will have a Zodiac Glass (ARR) in your inventory or an Enhanced Anima Glass (HW) in your key inventory to check progress

And you can run 99% of the dungeon with your strong weapon, but the relic needs to be equipped when you kill the last boss to get light

Hey i need help with GNB lvl 70, i never seem to be able to use the skill gnashing fang, i just never seem to be able to follow it up in a combo, and i dont really know the specific combo route for it, either way its just sitting there on my hotbar doing nothing and i cant quite put my finger on how to use it or even what to do with it, im still pretty new to this class and a returning player so bear with me lol
