There is nothing to fear.
In Shadowbringers (level 70+, latest expansion) there are NPC teams for dungeons
but not for boss fight trials
You can solo lower level dungeons but only once you are significantly higher level than them.

I'm not sure if you already know or not, but the ARR relic quests are long and grindy, and the weapons themselves are almost immediately irrelevant. So there's not much point to doing them except for glamour (which we all know is the true end-game).

it is a very very very long process, and results in a weapon that's a strong as the Augmented Ironworks that you can get for 600 Poetics
The only reason to go for it is for the glamour, and even then it would be good to hold off until you're higher level before you go back and do it

if you've already gotten your daily bonus for the day, there's not much reason to queue again for leveling roulette
since you have a chance at getting a dungeon that significantly below your level so the exp isn't going to be good
better to just queue up for the highest lvl dungeon you can (except for the 50/60/70 dungeons)

@dense pier the masterbooks for 1/2 are a bit of a pain to get because they require you to craft an item to trade for them, i'd just focus on continuing leveling for now and then come back to it later for those as it'll be easier to make the item for them when you're well over the level
