Those are the only skill Conjurer has, yes. However at level 30 you will have the ability to upgrade to White Mage, which has a lot more spells they learn.

Basically, after you complete the level 30 quest for Conjurer, you'll get a followup quest which will reward you a White Mage job stone. By equipping that, you'll become a White Mage instead of a Conjurer, and exponentially more powerful.

Now Scholar (healer form of Arcanist) is the barrier-type healer, with an emphasis on shielding allies from danger. Astrologian (no basic class) does some stat buffs with their cards, and can go between regen healing and barrier healing.
White Mage is more focused on powerful straight healing and regens.
