Yes if you relocate a small to a medium it chucks all your items into the housing storage and moves that storage with you to the new house
Basically when a plot opens up for purchase there's a hidden timer before you can buy it. Usually somewhere between 2-24 hours ish

It's in the roulette section of the duty finder. It basically puts you in a giant queue for all level 15-49/51-59/61-69/71-79 dungeons that you have access to.
and you get a large lump of experience at the end based on your level and what dungeon you got.

@unique oasis the star difficulty doesn't necessarily correlate with the drop rate, it's more for restricting what spells you can use for the bonus challenges
all spells from duties have a 100% learn rate if you do the duty synced.
