Some players thinl they need to avoid ALL ground hazards, bacause they have learnt that.
For some encounters you need to be "hit" to avoid a bigger blast later. (2nd boss 2nd HW 24-man as prime example.)
There are also players that just want to be quick and doesn't give a damn thing about others. (The you-don't-pay-my-sub type.)
The GM's does respond to trolling by others if you are trying to leave. They can look at the logs and some extra info we can't see.
