Leveling is pretty insidious. First one class, then you go for a title, then you think it would be easier to have everything at the same level to save armory space, next thing you know that same level has gone from 50 to 60 to 70 to 80

@drifting burrow plots only become available when either a new housing ward is added (pretty rare) or when someone's relinquishes a plot, or the plot is auto-demolished because they didn't enter the house for 45 days. Currently the auto-demolish timer is turned off due to the pandemic, so you're basically hoping someone is willing to relinquish their plot which is pretty unlikely

Levels 1-20 you can just craft one of each thing in your log. After that if you've progressed far enough in the MSQ you can go do the Ishgardian Restoration for boatloads of XP
It doesn't really matter which you level first. Some people like to level them all in parallel since you'll need crafted submaterials from each to help the others

meditate is really mostly a downtime ability. If you're in combat but cannot hit any target, meditate for free kenki. If it's a full uptime sort of scenario you can use meditation to try to fish for kenki between GCD but it's a pretty minimal sort of thing @leaden ginkgo
