its not really possible. like, there is gear with varying stats and materia you can use to boost some stats, but even then its fairly limited. everyone is the same basically and it rather comes down to your own skill/understanding of the game and its mechanics

@scenic orbit If you're in a friendly FC or the Novice Network, you could ask more experienced players to craft you new gear. Ask them what materials they need, it's customary for the person receiving the gear to provide materials. Otherwise, at level 24 you're not super punished by having bad gear. Your class quests give you gear, if you can't get a new set crafted.

Though from what I can tell it's based on when the mob renders in, so if you have a really good/bad computer it can make it trigger sooner/later.
