Single target: Bread and butter combo of stone and aero spam.
Multi target: Regen on yourself, Then Assize + aero on all mobs -> Holy spam and heals/shields for yourself

The problem with AoEing in open world is that you can get overwhelmed quickly if you're not prepared, because 5 mobs hitting you at once, going down evenly is still going to kill you faster than incapacitating 4 of them and taking them out one at a time.
You get a little more breathing room that way.

I was on a roulette about to fight the last boss and got kicked out of the duty, spent 20min queuing + 20min doing the instance.. Does this happen if someone leaves or they actually kicked me out? They changed that in SB that you only needed to be the correct level to unlock expansion jobs.
You won't hit 60 before you get to HW unless you're taking your time and doing daily roulettes along the way.

Yes, the amount of xp required to get to each subsequent level increases significantly as you get to higher levels.
