@leaden ginkgo to just be a bit thorough/specific. Grand company supply/provisioning missions, there's no allowances or anything, just a list of things to turn in, based around the level of each DoH/DoL you have unlocked at the time of reset (happened just over an hour ago).
At time of reset it checks what levels your DoH/DoL are and provides a new list to turn in. You get one turn-in for each DoH/DoL then you have to wait around for reset to occur to get a fresh list and turn things in again
FPS/nternet generally will not cause you to move slower. It can cause more latency between input and movement, but not speed itself
