With ten chi jin, it registers them as sort of a collection. So first you do Ten (which gives you Fuma) then you do Chi, which is instead registered as Ten-Chi (or Raiton), then finally you do Jin which now registers as the full Ten-Chi-Jin (or Suiton)

One thing to note is tanks and healers have in general faster queue times at the expense of having more responsibilities in their role. If the tank or healer dies a majority of cases the entire party wipes. If a DPS dies you can salvage things most of the time.

I will say that as a healer you generally want to be a bit more proactive with getting upgrades (especially your weapon) as the farther along you get the more damage mobs start to dish out on the tank and the state increase of being up to date (especially your weapon) helps make the overall healing experience a bit less stressful.
