For leveling gear in general past about HW you have crafted gear (generally provided by the MSQ) and dungeon gear (provided by dungeons). Crafted gear tends to hit even levels, and dungeon gear tends to hit odd levels. So crafted at 72/74/76/78, dungeon at 71/73/75/77/79. 80 is a special case due to it being end game where a number of options are available.
The one thing about crafted though is while you mostly get it provided by the MSQ, there are some pieces which are part of subquests in different areas

You're Taking time either way, being in bliz lets you set up enochain and thunder for free so every fire spell is buffed and the quick cast of Fire 3 gives a weaving spot for things like sharpcast
Plus it delays your high damage section for when raid buffs hit

So I've been playing for about 6 months now. I unlocked the ARR relic weapons, started working on the HW one. I log in for Eden Savage progging on static raid days. But outside of that, things feel a bit stale/boring. I've already leveled all crafters/gatherers, but I don't really actively craft stuff mostly because I don't know what to craft, so I use it just to help out FC mates. Roulettes feel like they are unnecessary now because I don't need gear from Allegory anymore. I'm not sure if I'm getting burned out, or if there's just not much to do. Do others feel this way? What do you usually do to find things to do?
Oh also as far as other jobs go, I don't really enjoy having a bunch. I am WHM main with a SAM secondary and I work on that a little bit, but I don't really want to level other battlecraft jobs

Since there are 8 people in your squadron and each team has 4 does that mean I can send off two groups?

But having half of my squadron at max level, the only benefit to maintaining the other 4 characters is if you want to take them into dungeons while your A squad is on missions.
Command dungeons can be good for leveling alt jobs and gearing up, but I don't find it necessary if you're leveling a tank or a healer and can benefit from instaqueue.

Leviathan is the most populated Primal server but my FC mates and I had a mixed experience there

@hearty orbit Doesn't really matter, because you can server hop, so you only need to choose your data centre wisely. That being said, I can with full heart recommend Crystal Malboro, it has a pretty good novice network and I think it even has road to 70 right now. At any rate, try to choose a Preferred or New server, since you'll get a pretty pretty good buff if you make a character in that server

@solid fog put the amount of stats you have for each stat. AFAIK For the rank you choose rank 2 if you completed the level 20 flagged mission and 3 if you’ve done the rank 40 flagged mission
