Portals won't spawn when there is a player in the party that is not the level (or higher) of the treasure map dungeon. So a level 80 8-man map never spawns a portal if there is a player that is not 80 yet.

Since frog suit FATES are wayyyy towards the end of the SHB MSQ meaning you'll have to do content to get there, meaning you'll be trying to understand the basic mechanics of whatever class you end up with and the system in its entirety.

@agile laurel that's some fast work. it took me about three months of committed MSQ grinding to get through end of MSQ...then again, I only get a couple hours a day and I'm a slowpoke.

@slender sphinx , Toad Suit is from a world boss fate in the last ShB area, that requires at least level 79 80. (12 Tokens total. Requires 2 fate clears on gold)
You need flying too.

Because it requires access to the Eulmore shops, you need to complete the 5.0 MSQ.

World Boss fates are indeed rare to spawn, they also won't show up on the big map and often requires flying in HW+ area's. For the Frog Suit completion of the 5.0 MSQ is required.
You also need to complete the fate twice to get both parts. @slender sphinx

You level your class not your job, by the way, but the effect is the same. That is why SCH/SMN share levels, you level ~~ARC~~ ACN and not SCH/SMN.
(Ofc, expansion jobs level their jobs, because they don't have a class)

once you're lvl max you have to gear up with powerful gear that you get in low quantity, weekly, etc. then you can farm extreme bosses to get weapons and mounts for example, or savage 8man raids for the challenge and get the best gear

It depends on the Grade a plot has, grade 1 is the most expensive and grade 5 is the cheapest.

Also every 6 hours the price goes down, until the plot is bought.
