You remove all skills off your hotbar
Then add them back one by one slowly
Read their tooltip and use them on a striking dummy
Repeat these two steps until your skills "reach" your current level
This should simulate leveling up a job from lvl 1
And it helps you work out how to place your hotbar

Though one title, The Mameteer, does cause some mechanical/wind-up minions to act 'independent' which makes them wander a bit around you.

As for money making, there's no tried-and-true option, what works good for some servers may not be that great on other servers. You'll have to look at your marketboard for whatever sells good.

You use duty finder to queue into the dungeon and can be done from anywhere.
dungeons don't have quests in them, but do require quests to unlock them.
Dungeons for the most part are very easy to do and pretty chill for the most part.

if dungeon queues are very long, yes.
Trusts usually take around 30 minutes to clear a dungeon. So, assuming a ShB leveling dungeon with normal/average players takes 18-20 minutes to clear, then Trusts will start to be faster if your queue time is over 10-15 minutes
Do note that you'll need to level them up to do the dungeons past Holminster.

Yeah Chocobo coloring has a bit of RNG to it.
It also matters the order you feed the food in, because if you do it to where you feed all of one kind at once then you may miss your mark by hitting the max/min RGB value and waste points.

If you boot the game from FOLDER itself you might be able to log in rather normally. If it still says error log in -> select data center on main menu (same as you have) -> it will ask "what service account you want to use?"

first one is the old astro players from SB that prefer the old systems where the card effects are more varied
more speed, higher defense, more mana etc
then there are the people who prefer this new system since there are less useless cards
for example getting higher defense card but no damage is going on.
they clash and people just stay away from the crazniess
and finally AST used to have MP problems in 5.0 when it was reworked
they gradually lose MP over time no matter what you do and people got pissed and played other classes

one issue with scholar is that it starts as arcanist from 1-30 which uis a DPS class
so that might be awkward for you if you only want to play healer

So my game crashed twice in two days (about 11 hour so gameplay hours around them). None of my other games have any issues and yet looking for fixes the only suggestions I see is that it is something wrong on my end :/

I like the scholar class. It reminds me of mystic on Tera with the fairy. But I like the astrologist because it seems to always be busy and it buffs the party. I want to give great utility to my party.

since you can be every job on a single character, there isnt any issue with picking the "wrong job" since you can switch anytime

Do scholars have better DPS buffs than astrologists?

No I mean, let's say they pull out a defense card and a DPS card, do they stack? Or when they pull a DPS buff card for ranged and the a DPS card for melee, does the high effects affect people? Does that make sense?
@wheat lark Since SHB revised AST, all cards have the same effect of buffing damage. The only differences now are whether they're geared toward melee or ranged and what seal they have associated with them
get 3 different seals and you can drop a HUGE party-wide damage buff that does stack with cards/ lord and lady

scholars are all about shields and damage mitigation

some people dislike the changes SHB brought, but I actually really like how focused and streamlined they made AST
you used to be able to drop 6 different sorts of buffs with 3 different modifires

the only time I really slowed down was immediately after a wipe, all other times I'm trying to arrange cards and put up shields/regen and stuff

The frog suit FATEs have a very low respawn rate, iirc.

I'd say fairly rare, biggest issue is that since its quite hard, you'll need a large group of people to beat it
