Samurai gets a lot of skills from 50-80, they uses close to 32 slots, and what's comfy for me might not work for you.

My current advice

#

Go find a striking dummy, same level or lower level than you

#

Remove ALL skills off your hotbar

#

Open your Action and Trait window

#

Read your trait from lvl 1-50

#

Then slowly add skills to your hotbar, read their tooltips, then use them on the striking dummy
