with gear from content past level 50 being very rewarding in seals
all of them being around or over 1k seals per piece, with the most current dungeon's gear being worth almost 1.7k seals per piece
So if no one needs/greeds on gear you could get over 10k seals in a single dungeon depending on the exact dungeon

WHM has bigger healing potency but take time to cast heals and very little shields.
SCH has more instant cast heals and shields but doesnt have as big healing potency as WHM.
All 3 Healers are in demand.
You can only start a lvl 1 healer as CNJ that becomes WHM so you could pick that.
SCH needs a level 30 ACN which is a DPS class
AST requires any level 50 class and access to the city of ishgard in game.

@winter hill probably any of the ranged DPS (Bard/Machinist/Dancer). Bard and Dancer juggle a lot of procs while Machinist has a very tight-knit burst window which needs good ping to successfully do.
There's also Monk with their very fast GCD of around 1.9 seconds or so while also needing to move between the flank and rear of their target often due to all 6 of their main single-target GCD moves having a positional requirement

Hi, I just recently started playing ffxiv. I'm in Australia but chose NA servers as I (maybe wrongly) assumed that JPs would be mostly non english speaking. Got assigned to Malboro server by default. Now I'm getting to lvl 50 and wondering if I'd have issues raiding, joining fcs etc due to timezone differences. Is that normally an issue or is there usually a healthy split across timezones?
