If you are on PC you can find the settings files for hotbars, macros, and such in "My Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\FFXIV_CHR##"

What's the best way to get rank 8 crafting materia? Ishgard or Rowena? Looks like I can get 114 white scrip per turn in for the one I'm seeing, which means 5 crafts for every 1 materia. And the etiquette sort of depends on the fight advertised. If it's a high end duty and they're asking for farm party, they expect you to know what's up and to clear the content on the first-third (pushing it) try and do it consistently. If it's not high end (usually something below level 80) and it's a farm "All welcomed" that usually means they're doing it UnSynced and are willing to take you regardless of knowledge, this is usually Trial Mount farming, and doing them unsynced yields way more room for error and faster loot, although there are still some mechanics that will insta-wipe the party regardless of level/skill

Info 1: Between ARR and HW, there are a string of epilogue/prologue MSQ (main story quest) connecting ARR and HW
This whole string of quest is lvl 50
They were the endgame quests at the time of ARR, therefore, even when you reach lvl 50, you can't access HW area just yet. So getting to play Astrologian is still a long way away.
Info 2: almost everything in game is locked behind 
progression
Aside from your class/job quests plus a few other things
Info 3: HW jobs are the only jobs that requires you to reach HW area. Stormblood and Shadowbringers jobs can be accessed in ARR area when you hit lvl 50/60
