Afflatus Misery is a little more complicated than just "filling the job gauge".
It's a secondary gauge charge. The base gauge is you earn one lily for every 30s in combat (up to a cap of 3) which can be used to cast either Afflatus Solace or Afflatus Rapture.
Each spell consumes one lily.
After level 74 casting these spells will also add one charge to your Blood Lily, capping at 3 charges.
Once your Blood Lily has been fully charged, you will be able to cast Afflatus Misery.

it's something that's a ways off and you get pretty eased into
when you gain access to your lily gauge in general it's purely for afflatus solace, a single target GCD heal that uses one lily charge to execute. You get a lily ever 30s while in combat, passively. Later on you get an AoE GCD heal, afflatus rapture, which also costs one of these lilies
eventually when you get higher level and have access to afflatus misery, this is a separate thing. Every time you use solace or rapture, it "nourishes the blood lily" and you can see it start to grow on the gauge, separate to your other lilies. When you've used 3 of solace/rapture, the blood lily is fully bloomed, and you can use afflatus misery, a strong AoE GCD spell
but yeah, just take it a step at a time as you level, if it doesn't sink in now that's fine, you'll get used to it readily as you level and get the new stuff

So I've been trying to get through PotD with my Ninja for a while to unlock HoH, but I'm stuck in PotD floor 41-50. I tried queuing yesterday but I didn't get matched and I gave up on waiting after two hours. After that I even tried to use the party finder to create a PotD 1-50 run but no one was joining that either so I gave up on that too after about an hour. Today I've been in the queue again for about 30 minutes, but still no result. Am I just unlucky or is this the reality of trying to reach PotD 50+?

2 or more enemies and Holy is an increase in damage to using Stone 4. Turns out it's the same damage at exactly 2 enemies, but yeah, it brings the stun

Bit of a strange question, I currently came back to the game from a long hiatus, I am currently on the quest "A Dream Fulfilled" which requires me to have the Hyperconductive Ukonvasara equipped and to talk to the NPC to upgrade it...the problem is I no longer have the weapon. I used the / command to try and locate it but its simply gone, is there any way to get it back, or do I really need to start all the way from the beginning of the quest?

Yeah you can play with all of the classes on a single character, just some are gated behind expansions.

This is a dumb question but... how do you fish in The Clutch? It's a fishing hole on the far east side of Central Thanalan that no matter where I stand at the water's edge, the Cast button never becomes available to hit.

70 but it's probably not easy to farm as it's from a high difficulty raid from last expansion, so there's kinda no reason to do it other than glamour (which most people aren't really fond of for the tier) and requires a bunch of people and basic knowlege of pretty convoluted mechanics
