Option A You can enable swapping hotbar based on weapon sheath/unsheath, but I think that's a pain in the ass
You need around 4 shared at the max
Unless you want to jam all your mounts
Then going from the other direction, you need around 4-5 not shared depending on your macros
Option B resize and place an unshared hotbar near your party, then enable a setting to Hide Unassigned Hotbar slots. Playing on a different job would just keep this hotbar hidden.
Option C Use a macro to turn on/off a hotbar

Pretty easy tbh, a lot of the heals are strong enough where you reasonably only need to heal every 3rd GCD
End game you are expected to DPS whenever you arent healing because heals are so strong

Essentially what you wanna do is go through floors 1-50 (matchmaking because solo is really hard) then when you get to 51 it lets you start at 51 on any new "Save" and that's where you get the fast xp because it lets you have all the lvl 60 skills because the dungeons have their own leveling system
