@odd bobcat yeah so basically palace of the dead has it's own leveling system, and once you unlock the starting point at floor 50 on one job, you can go in with any job you want and it'll be level 60. Except 1. you need it to be a job not a class if you want to have access to all the skills, so it needs to be lvl 30 anyways, and 2. It's just a dungeon with a bunch of free roaming mobs that die in 4-5 hits, so it's not really like you get to try the job on a dummy or anything

1-80 is just, 1-70 as any other guide would say so roulettes > potd or HoH spam/highest available dungeon > beast tribe dailies while waiting for roulettes, and 71-80 basically the same except no deep dungeon so roulettes > highest available dungeon either with trusts or a duty finder queue > pixie dailies while waiting in queue

If you don't mind redo'ing the beginning you can delete your character and re-making them
but IMO I'd tough it out until level 15 in the story so you can visit the other city-states to get either of those two classes.
With Marauder being in Limsa Lominsa and Gladiator in Ul'dah.

Dungeon queues will take longer (usually around 10-15 minutes depending on the dungeon) but it's not too unbearable
Roulettes help keep the duty finder not have overly long queue times for the non-hardcore content like extreme and savage difficulty duties.

And there's always filling up the time in a dungeon queue by leveling up a crafting or gathering class to make a bit of extra gil in the meantime

I can't remember if they ever changed it, but the TL;DR: is that sprouts below level 20(?) get an experience boost when a Mentor is in their party.
In all honesty it's a boost you rarely see since there's only 3 dungeons below level 20, with the 4th one starting at 20.

If you wanna mess with other camera settings, I think the options for it are in character settings > camera. You can do stuff like angle it higher and lower, move it up and down, zoom, etc.

They are in most of the major cities. If you are in one of the ARR cities that's split in to 2 maps, you might need to move to the other map to find them
